I wasn't sure what I signed up for when I agreed to the ‘Salt Glow', a full body scrub, at The Day Spa. But, Mandy my Massage therapist did such a wonderful job of explaining the process I had to give it a go!
It is pretty self-explanatory; they scrub your body with a salt scrub and that takes off all the damaged skin, then they rinse you off with the vichy shower (which was an experience of its own--fabulous), after the rinse they replenish the skin with a rich organic body butter.
I left feeling so refreshed and smooth. Healthy skin= happy skin and my skin looks and feels very healthy and I of course had a spa-tacular day at the office!
Check out the video to which the process in action!
