Something nobody would guess about you:
I’m a coupon-acholic. I am always searching for a deal. I love to try to save as much (or more) as I spend at the grocery store.
What’s the worst job you have ever had?
I worked at sub shop that will remain nameless and that was awful: the smells, the management, the food everything was the opposite of ideal. Now, I can’t walk into one of these sub shops without gagging at the smell of their bread.
Favorite type of pizza:
My dad makes pizza just the way I like it but I think almost every kind of pizza is delicious as long as it doesn’t have mushrooms. Although, I do love trying new and creative versions of pizza.
Where’s the furthest place away from home you’ve been?
I’ve been to a couple countries in western Europe, that was definitely the farthest...but I would travel further if I could.
Reaction to finding out you are the first CW 14 Star:
There was A LOT of screaming and jumping around. I just couldn’t believe I got picked, I was so ecstatic. This is really an opportunity of a life time and I'm really happy to get a chance to pursue it.
Couponing, chocolate, dancing (but not well), candy, my phone, facebook, coffee, and tv to name a few.
Labyrinth. I remember watching that movie when I was a kid and dancing around to the songs! It was the perfect mix of a movie; it was a little scary, a little funny, it had sibling jealousy, adventure, creative characters, sweet dance moves, and DAVID BOWIE.
Angelina Jolie but not just because she is fabulous...I think she is a wonderful person because of all the charity work she has done and continues to be a part of.
I try listen to all kinds of music and try not to judge a song or band before I listen to what they have to offer. I do really enjoy anything I can dance to though!
One thing you can't live without:
A good set of tweezers
One of your biggest life lessons:
Its one that I’m still learning and that is; to live (and enjoy) the present. A lot of times I spend too much time obsessing about the past and reliving negative emotions and experiences or I’ll spend extensive amounts of time worrying about what the future holds. If I could master this then I think I could really enjoy the most out of life!
What CW celebrity do you relate to the most?
Would it be too easy if I said the host from the other CW affiliates?
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
Oh man there have been so many influences in my life to list just one as the biggest but the biggest help that I’ve had in this CW 14 Star process (besides my family with their love and support) has been my talent coach and friend Tiffany Ogle. She has always been there for me as a friend and coach and has really helped me become more comfortable in front of the camera.
