Arrow, Coming This Fall to The CW!

Oliver Green lived life as a wealthy, playboy billionaire until a catastrophe changed his life forever.

After being involved in a violent shipwreck, Oliver's family assumed he was dead. Five years passed before Oliver was discovered alive on a remote Pacific island.

Whatever happened to Oliver on that island changed him. After reconciling with family, friends, and ex-girlfriend Laurel, Oliver secretly creates a vigilante persona for himself named Arrow.

Arrow's mission is to right the wrongs of his family, fight ills in society, and restore glory to his hometown, Starling City.

By day Oliver plays his former billionaire role, making sure to carefully conceal the secret identity he turns to after dark.

Detective Quentin Lance, who happens to be Laurel's father, is determined to arrest the mystery vigilante operating in Starling City.

It turns out that Oliver's mother is quite ruthless, and knows more about the shipwreck than imagined.
