Golden Brooks Joining The CW!

BURBANK, CA - Girlfriends actress Golden Brooks is heading over to The CW! The Hollywood Reporter reports that Golden will join season 2 of Hart of Dixie, and she's set to become quick friends with Dr. Zoe Hart!

Her character Ruby is described as witty, successful, and having a kindred spirit to Zoe. On the other hand, she doesn't hit it off so well with Lavon and Lemon.

Ruby happens to be the mayor's high school sweetie, setting the drama scene between Brooks' character and the southern belle.

Look for Golden Brooks in season 2 of Hart of Dixie, returning Oct. 2 at 8/7c on The CW!
