Lemon Creamsicle Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs. honey
- ½ cup oats
- ½ Greek yogurt
Soak oats overnight in coconut milk.
When oats are ready, place all ingredients in the blender.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Serve as a breakfast Vitamin C boost or for a refreshing afternoon dessert.
